The County of Lennox & Addington
‘Best of the Best’ is the description given our work for L&A, which won First Place prize in the Direct Mail category of the Economic Developers Association of Canada (EDAC) recent Marketing Canada Awards. Since 2000, TDG&A has been helping L&A promote the economic benefits of this eastern Ontario municipality. Our job: create a direct mail campaign that gets the attention of site selectors and influencers affecting development. Our work seems to be paying off. In 2002, L&A won the Award of Excellence from the Economic Developers Council of Ontario. The results... these mailers helped to create 200 jobs and $10 million in new investment!

Ontario East Economic Development Commission
Our work with OEEDC started with the re-design of their corporate identity, which they immediately applied to promotional literature and web site. Other strategic marketing elements include a roll up display and targeted direct mail post cards. The OEEDC has recently retained TD Graham to prepare a marketing steps action plan heading into 2004. McLoughlin Media/CEO.tv
McLoughlin Media is Canada's leading media consulting and training firm – and publisher of the award-winning ‘Communicate with Power’ pocket tip book series. Their new studio facilities at the World Exchange Plaza in Ottawa, house the latest in communication and training equipment – right down to actual digital video and radio studios! Our job was to brand a new product: CEO.tv – the executive training division of McLoughlin – and build that brand with office signage and studio displays, office signage and identity material. We designed their website to serve as an overarching portal to the world of McLoughlin Media’s communications and training offerings. Check out www.ceo.tv.

Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC)
As part of an overall marketing strategy to build the brand of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC), a number of new and improved communications elements were created by TD Graham & Associates including new corporate identity materials – such as collateral material and portable displays – to be used in a variety of promotional venues. As well, we designed a new look for their monthly bulletin and yearly AGM materials. Special effort was put into the design and production of training course promotional material aimed at stimulating interest among patent agents. For the details click on www.ipic.ca.

Royal Military College of Canada
TD Graham & Associates was asked to design an interpretive pavilion for the Royal Military College in Kingston. The free standing "limestone and metal roof" structure was designed to blend with the historic architecture of the campus and supports four bilingual interpretive panels that graphically tell the story of the landmark Memorial Arch and its significance as a monument to those RMC cadets who gave their lives serving their country. In addition, historic information about the College and the site itself is included. A series of wayfinding signage has also been developed to assist visitors in navigating the campus between historic plaques and buildings. Our Team was responsible for all architectural and engineering drawings and specifications, as well as research and writing, and creating the graphics and final artwork for the panels. South Nation Conservation (SNC)
As one of Ontario’s 36 Conservation Authorities, SNC’s job is to manage the delicate eco-system of the South Nation River watershed. Working with SNC’s local partner, the Dundas Environmental Action Group, TD Graham & Associates designed and illustrated a 66 page, reader-friendly manual called "The Healthy Home Guidebook". Aimed at rural homeowners, it clearly identifies many aspects of environmental stewardship, and shows how each individual can lessen their impact every day. See www.nation.on.ca.

Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital
Maintaining a healthy relationship with the community is the goal of the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital. The goal was to create a brand that said "We care", while adding professionalism to the communications initiatives already in place. A new identity – one logo for two hospitals, was created with focus groups and involvement from both sites. Exterior signage, recruiting materials, a display and a website, are just some of the items we’ve worked to provide. This material has formed a solid foundation from which the Hospital will launch their upcoming Redevelopment Campaign in 2004. See for yourself at www.psfdh.on.ca.

Grenville Mutual Insurance Company
How do you help a company that’s been in the business of serving people for over a century? We began by creating a new brand for the company – including a logo, along with a few modern strategies like a slick presentation folder, some brochures, a poster, and an effective newspaper ad campaign. Our recent work was to produce a 10’ display map showing their broker locations in eastern Ontario, was displayed at the Rural Expo 2000. Grenville was a major sponsor. Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt
As one of Canada’s top business law firms, Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt provides comprehensive services and legal expertise in technology, intellectual property, biotech, communications law, corporate law, litigation and securities. While corporate identity and branding issues are directed by a national program, Osler’s Ottawa office still needs to address opportunities and challenges at the local market level. TD Graham & Associates has frequently been called upon by Osler to provide creativity and local market knowledge in the creation and execution of promotional initiatives. Tree Canada
The Tree Canada Foundation works across Canada, matching corporate sponsors’ dollars with the tree needs of urban communities. TD Graham & Associates was asked to design and produce a special publication aimed at celebrating Tree Canada’s 10th anniversary in 2002. As part of those celebrations, we introduced Tree Canada to Canadian folk singer/songwriter Alex Sinclair and his band, Tamarack. We’ve also helped Tree Canada with other communications initiatives, including their annual report and promotional displays and signage. Plant a tree! And find out more at www.treecanada.ca.

Ontario Heritage Foundation
When the OHF was looking for interpretive display panels for their 19th century eastern Ontario museum Inge-Va, they asked us for our expertise. The challenge was to create panels in each room that tell the story of the families that lived there, while not disturbing the ambiance and atmosphere of the Perth heritage site. Our work included the design of the panels, as well as the lighting, wiring and installation. A portable option was included as well. Learn more at www.heritagefdn.on.ca.

North Grenville
As one of Ontario’s fastest growing, newly amalgamated municipalities just outside of Ottawa, North Grenville needed a new look. We are pleased to have been involved in developing this logo and helping build awareness of North Grenville as a great place to live, work and play. Besides the logo, the project included a complete corporate identity program with applications including signage, ads, brochures, flag and banner layouts. The gateway sign on Highway 416 was among one of the "best observed signs" in Ontario, according to a community image-making survey by Hydro One. Come visit www.northgrenville.on.ca.

Town of Smiths Falls
Smiths Falls, known far and wide as the ‘Heart of the Rideau Canal’ and the ‘Chocolate Capital of Ontario’ is now armed with another tool in its promotional arsenal. TD Graham was asked to develop a display that promoted three areas of interest: Tourism, Lifestyle and Economic Development. The display panels are each a different colour, reflecting the three themes. One of the unique features of these panels is that they can be used together or separately; together, they fill a regular trade show booth - individually they can be used behind a podium, or set up at a luncheon or a shopping mall. See www.town.smiths-falls.on.ca.

Come up with a name for the program, and design a bilingual logo and creative approach to work with all the City’s communications materials. For more see www.ottawa.ca.
